OUR EXPRESS LANE
If you are a consignor with us and already know your number, you are able to use our EXPRESS LANE! This means that you will be able to bypass any line in our drop room as soon as you come in. All you need to do is mark all your bags, boxes, or large miscellaneous with your number using a sharpie or a piece of masking tape before you enter the store. With clothing, you put a piece of paper or masking tape on the end piece and bind the group either with a string, rubber band, etc. Check in is now super fast and easy!
How Consignment Works
We are a 50-50 split consignment store.
The trained staff at Grace's determine the prices for your items.
All furniture needs to be approved before it is brought into the store. Please call our store for more information.
We do not itemize your items.
A consignor may receive a check for items sold once their account balance is over $25.00 once per month, or they can use the amount on their account as credit towards purchases in the store.
Although we donate items that we cannot sell, we do not take items specifically to donate. We have limited space, so if you don't think an item is sellable, please donate it yourself. We do, however, offer an un-itemized tax donation form for what we do donate. Please feel free to ask for one.
We charge a $2.00 maintenance fee at the end of each active month. This means that if an item sells, you pick up a check, or you use your account to purchase something that, $2.00 will be used from your account to cover the cost of hosting it in our database. If you do not use your account that month, there is no charge.
